PG/AG Year End Tournament is ended. The winner is Tsai0835 (he gets 300 bonus ladder points and GG subscription for 2 years), second is TKS (he gets 150 bonus ladder points and GG subscription for 1 year).

17.05.2007 Open Championship of Poland quarter-finals (Panzer and Allied General)

It's high time to open our quarter-finals of Panzer General and Allied General Polish Championship . There are final results of selection match as well as the list of semi-finals pairs on the tournament web page:

In the group D, heinzx2 got the connection to the Internet too late and his playings will remain unsolved , and the promotion goes to the other two players..
All semi-finals have to be played through the Skype (http://skype.com). If someone does not have the Skype ,he has to download it and registries it as well. The players communicate through the Skype and play live sending one another rounds also through the Skype . In the game , first both of the players play the first round as assailants and then there is an exchange, the players play as defenders .Second, there is an another exchange of the files and the players play their second rounds as assailants, etc.
All the games are of duel type ,AG Jupiter is the scenario of semi-finals with settings Axis + 2p.
Important ! I would like all the players to confirm their participation in the quarter-finals by 22rd June communicating with me through the Skype (My nick is : ggladdermaster). If someone does not confirm the participation before the deadline, he can be exchanged by another player (the first in the queue is heinzx2).

18 players voted. It was the first voting of that kind in the Panzer General 2 league . The next voting is going to be on 1st October and I hope that more players will take part in it. Many players claimed that they haven't played with most of the nominated players so they decided not to vote for them. It was allowed to vote only in one category ,and I believe that such voting doesn't require playing many duels.
The stiffest fight was between Mrs. Captain feldfeblem Szulcem for Defense Superior Service Medal. It turns out that they got the same number of votes so both of them get the order .The stiff fight was between Janusem i Depetem as well for Humanitarian Service. Finally Janus won. In the rest of the categories the winners won by the high advantage of votes. My congratulations for all players that have been honored. I wish you all further success. Every order granted today gives 15 extra points for the player.
